Mature Skin guide
Mature Skin, also referred to as aged skin, can be divided into time- and light-trophic skin. Time-trophic skin has aged over time and had a normal aging process. Whereas light-trophic skin has aged prematurely due to the sun’s UV rays, which break down collagen and elastin in the skin. Other factors have, of course, also had a great impact on Mature Skin, such as lack of skincare, sleep, smoking, alcohol, illness, and stress.

skincare treatment – morning and evening
The skin’s fluid content decreases with age which changes the treatment of the skin. Mature Skin should, therefore, be treated with moisturizing and regenerating creams with lots of nourishing vitamins. The cleansing routine is more necessary for active ingredients to work at their best.
